This privacy notice explains how we use and protect the personal information you give us when subscribing to ReDigIm’s mailing list. 

What information do we ask for?  

We record your name and email address.  

Why do we need this information? 

We need this information to able to email you our newsletter and other updates about the project, including information about events, publications and new blog posts. We will use your information for this purpose only. We will not share it with third parties. 

How will the information be stored? 

Your information will be held on a secure server that is only accessible to members of the ReDigIm team. 

How long will we keep the information? 

We will keep your information only for the duration of ReDigIm. If there are follow-on projects, we will communicate details of these before the end of ReDigIm to ask for your consent for your data to continue to be used. 

You can ask to have your information removed from our records at any time by emailing redigim@arts.ac.uk.

Your rights 

Under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have:
